Warehousing

We provides a comprehensive range of customized warehousing solutions scalable to clients / product specific needs. We offer different temperature zones ranging from -24°C to +30°C. Our multi-temperature capabilities meet the most stringent requirements for handling the full complement of temperature-controlled products. We have been designed to accommodate a range of food products and Pharmacy.

A majority of the company’s warehouses are certified for ISO 14001 (TUV-SUD), ISO22000 (TUV- SUD) and FSSAI. Four warehouses are accredited with EIA and MPEDA (Marine Products Export Development Authority) certifications and our warehouses are certified under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Distribution

We provide comprehensive transportation solutions through a robust fleet of specialized temperature-controlled vehicles. Our primary transportation (CKN Logistics) facilitates inter-city transport of products. Our services include door-to-door service, customized milk run, and part cargo consolidation. To further ensure that all our clients’ needs are met, we also provide secondary transportation (CKN Logistics) i.e. last mile distribution supplying to, amongst others, QSRs, retail outlets, restaurants and hotels.

Our vehicles are equipped with both GPS and data logging. This means that not only can customers get real-time updates about the cargo while it's in transit, but they can further be assured that the prescribed temperature of the products was not compromised.

CONSIGNMENT AGENCY BUSINESS - CKN Logistics

We distribute in Multi temperature vehicles with Real time location update, so our customers can sit back and relax and need not worry about their goods.(icon of refer vehicle).

In addition to the refrigerated service, we also provide retail distribution through a consignment agency model for certain select customers. Services provided include the following:

Indenting, order bookings and category management.
Invoicing and receivable management.
Inventory management, supply & tax administration.
Safe handling of payment collection process from customers through dedicated teams.
Reverse logistics and safe disposal of expired and excess stocks as per Government Norms.
Statutory norms follow up including tax management.

WeighBridge

A weighbridge or a truckscale is a set of scale which is used to weigh bulk items. It is a set of scale which is mounted by the weighbridges manufacturer on a concrete surface. It has an electronic or digital monitor which displays the weight of the vehicle weighed. Weighbridges are mainly used for weighing large vehicles like trucks or rail containers where movement of goods is done through vehicles. Reliable and accurate weighing helps the industry by giving them the exact figures to maintain their goods inward and goods outward.

Palletized Storage

we have adopted to palletized storage, ensuring efficient cataloguing, storage, and retrieval of packages.

State of the art Fork lift

We are equipped with state-of-the-art fork equipped with all industrial safety features including, tilt able forks and camera assisted fork lifting which is powered by electricity, allowing us to provide efficiency in packaging and storing the goods.

Power Backup

Our generators provide 100%power backup to ensure uninterrupted refrigeration for your packages.

Environmental Friendly

We make sure to use most of the natural resources that is Solar Panels, Rain water harvesting and Our facility makes use of environment-friendly refrigerants.(FREON R404a).
